APSO: 15-year-old runaway found safe by family

ASCENSION PARISH, LA (WAFB) -

The Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office said a runaway teen was found unharmed by her family on Monday, February 8. 

The original story is posted below: 

Deputies say 15-year-old Alexis Parker ran away sometime after the end of the school day on Friday, February 5. She was last seen wearing khaki shorts and a LSU jacket.

Parker is described as 5'2", 100 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. 

There is no foul play expected in this case. 

Anyone with information about Parker's whereabouts is asked to contact the Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office by calling 225-621-4636, texting the anonymous 847411 or Crime Stoppers at 225-344-7867.
