The Super Krewe of Endymion is set to roll Saturday night through the streets of New Orleans.

Endymion will travel the traditional Mid-City route and end at the Mercedes Benz Superdome where the Endymion Extravaganza 2016 will be held.

The Super Krewe is celebrating its 50th Anniversary and will honor past parades with this year's theme of "Endymion Through the Years".

Musical acts Steven Tyler, lead singer of the band Aerosmith, and rapper Pitbull will serve as this year's celebrity riders and main performers for the Extravaganza.
