NAPOLEONVILLE, LA (WAFB) - A man was arrested after Assumption Parish Sheriff's Officers found multiple drugs, guns, and the suspect's two-year-old son at a Napoleonville residence.
Eugene Fair, 31, was arrested on Friday, January 22 after APSO Narcotics Detectives performed a search at a house in the 120 block of Jacobs Street.
Agents were able to find crack cocaine, powdered cocaine, marijuana, a suspected hydrocodone pill, and drug paraphernalia. Some of the drugs were contained in individually wrapped baggies.
Authorities also found a 12-gauge shotgun, as well as a .22 caliber rifle at the home. Fair's two-year-old son was in the residence at the time of the search.
Fair was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center for possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of cocaine and hydrocodone, possession of a firearm in the presence of a CDS, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of a CDS in the presence of a juvenile.
At press time, Fair remains behind bars under a $295,500 bond.
