BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - More charges were filed against a youth church leader, who was arrested Monday for indecent behavior with a juvenile, after a fourth alleged victim came forward.
Kentrell Jackson, 18, was charged with two more counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile and one count of computer aided solicitation of a juvenile. He had already been charged with four counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile and one count of sexual battery.
"There was a complaint from a female victim of being fondled. She came forward and when she did, that led to all the other information coming out," said Cpl. L'Jean McKneely with BRPD on Tuesday.
Jackson's police report said, "the defendant admitted to acts with approximately 18 other children. The defendant stated this began when he was approximately 8 years old and has continued until this time. The victims were anywhere between the ages of 6 and 13 at the time."
"He verbally admitted to at least 18 kids both males and females. There may be more. If there are, we're asking them to please come forward," said McKneely.
BRPD is asking any others who may have been victimized by Jackson to come forward so they can investigate any other claims.
