DONALDSONVILLE, LA (WAFB) -

When either the Denver Broncos or New England Patriots win the AFC Championship on Sunday, at least one twin will have that victory to hold over the other.

Donaldsonville twins Tre’Shawn and Ray’Shawn Dunham just celebrated their eighth birthday on Saturday, and will cap off the weekend seeing their favorite teams go at it in the game ahead of Super Bowl 50.

Tre’Shawn is a fan of Peyton Manning and the Broncos, while Ray’Shawn likes the Patriots.

They both celebrated their birthday on Friday with a cake emblazoned with their favorite teams’ logo. The boys’ mother says that this is a wonderful birthday present for the both of them.

While they did not bet on the outcome of the game, their mom thinks that the brothers just want to be entertained.

“All they want to do is watch a good game,” says Victoria. “They want to see plays and catches so they can go ‘Oh wow, look at that!’ It doesn’t matter who wins or loses.”

The twins are no strangers to football, because they both play Lineman for the Donaldsonville Tigers football team. As for their plans for the future, Ray’shaun says he eventually wants to be a lineman in the NFL, backed by his brother Tre’Shawn, who wants to be his agent.

When asked what school Victoria would like to see her sons go to, she only had one answer in mind. “LSU. Oh I hope they go to LSU!”

The AFC Championship between the Denver Broncos and New England Patriots will air on CBS
