LSU travels to College Station to face a hot Texas A&M basketball team Tuesday night in an important SEC matchup .
The Aggies are currently ranked No. 10 in the AP Top 25 Poll and have a 15-2 overall record, with losses coming to Syracuse and Arizona State. Texas A&M is 5-0 in SEC play, beating Arkansas, Miss. State, Tennessee, Florida and Georgia.
LSU comes into the game with an 11-6 overall record and the Tigers are second in the SEC standings with a 4-1 record, one game behind Texas A&M.
The Aggies average just under 80 points per game, while giving up only 65 points per contest.
Jalen Jones leads the team in scoring with a 17.2 points per game average. The senior also leads the team with seven rebounds a game. Jones has been on a scoring tear in the SEC, finishing with 28 points against Arkansas, 26 against Tennessee and 27 against Florida.
Danuel House adds 15.9 points per game for the Aggies and Tyler Davis pitches in with just under 11 points per contest.
Tipoff for Tuesday night's SEC battle is set for 8:00 p.m. on ESPN.
