BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Baton Rouge Police have apprehended a man accused of shooting into a home in November.
Police say that on the night of November 8, 33-year-old George Carver Robinson Jr. and the victim were involved in an argument. After the argument, Robinson left the home and the victim changed the locks.
The victim told police that Robinson returned to the home the next day just after 9:30 a.m., kicked in the back door and began shooting into the home in an attempt to kill the victim. The victim ran to another part of the home to avoid injury.
Robinson was arrested Friday and taken to the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison where he has been booked with attempted first degree murder, domestic abuse aggravated assault, felon in possession of a firearm and aggravated criminal damage to property.
Robinson's bond has been set at $235,000.
