BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - The Baton Rouge Police Department says that a third suspect in a fatal shooting on Corporate Boulevard has turned himself in.
Police say 27-year-old Glenn Spears turned himself in to authorities Saturday without incident.
Spears will be booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison where he will be charged with first degree murder.
Spears is accused of killing 27-year-old George Reusch Jr. in a parking lot near Hooters off of College Drive just before 7:30 p.m. Monday.
Two other suspects, 25-year-old Gabrielle Rogers and 23-year-old D'Mon Spears, were arrested Thursday in connection with the shooting. They both have been charged with principal to first degree murder.
Rogers has also been charged with contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile because according to investigators, Rogers had her 5-year-old son in car while driving the suspects around before and after the shooting.
According to police, Glenn Spears, D'Mon Spears and Rogers met up with Reusch for a drug deal. Reusch was shot during the exchange. He died on the way to the hospital.
