BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - The East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office has made a second arrest in connection with the Wednesday night shooting on Tracy Avenue that left a man dead.
Police have arrested 20-year-old Karlos Ghoram in the armed robbery and shooting death of 21-year-old Osval Andrades.
The incident happened on Wednesday around 11 p.m. in the 9200 block of Tracy Ave.
When officers arrived they found Andrades suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.
A 16-year-old had already been arrested in connection to the shooting and booked with principal to first degree murder and principal to armed robbery. His name has not been released.
Police say they are still looking for a third suspect, 17-year-old Lawrence Bennett. When arrested he will be charged with principal to first degree murder and principal to armed robbery.
