Deputies searching for armed man who robbed Jimmy John's

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Detectives are looking for a man that robbed the Jimmy John's located at 10711 Coursey Blvd on December 7, 2015 at approximately 8:15 p.m.

According to reports, a black male entered the side door of the business, pulled out a gun and demanded employees open the register and safe.  The suspect left with an undisclosed amount of cash on foot toward the old Remington College building on Coursey Blvd.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 6' to 6'2" in height, average build, wearing jeans, black sweatshirt, multi-colored hat, and wearing a red bandanna over lower portion of his face.
