NEW ORLEANS, LA (WAFB) - The family members of millionaire Robert Durst's first wife has filed a lawsuit.
Durst, who is currently being held in Louisiana on weapons charges, is being sued for $100 million by the family of Kathleen McCormack Durst who disappeared in 1982.
The civil suit filed by the family in New York state alleges that Durst denied them the right to bury McCormack because he has known where her body has been buried for more than 30 years.
The family believes that Durst is responsible for McCormack's disappearance but Durst denies it.
No one has been charged in the case.
