LSU came back in the second half, after trailing 7-6 at halftime, to beat Texas A&M, 19-7, in the last game of the 2015 regular season as the Tigers finish 8-3.

After several days of rumors that Miles would be fired, LSU Athletic Director Joe Alleva addressed the topic for the first time, saying "Les Miles is our football coach and he will continue to be our football coach."

In his post-game news conference, Miles said he was told he's still the head coach after the game and that at the time the players might not have known still.

Running back Leonard Fournette had 159 yards on 32 carries and one touchdown run with 2:50 left in the fourth quarter to clinch the Tigers' win.

With 99 yards in the first half, it was the first time in November that Fournette had gotten close to 100 yards in just one half alone. In the third quarter, Fournette broke the school's single-season rushing record that was previous held by Texas native Charles Alexander.

After scoring LSU's 6 points in the first quarter from field goals, kicker Trent Domingue missed three different attempts that would have put the Tigers ahead of the Aggies.

LSU quarterback Brandon Harris 7 of 21 attempts for 83 yards.

Texas A&M still hasn't beaten LSU since joining the SEC West.

LSU (8-3, 5-3) moved into a tie for third place in the SEC West with Arkansas and finished ahead of Texas A&M (8-4, 4-4) and Mississippi State with the victory.
