BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Shoppers at the Mall of Louisiana took to stores on Black Friday to secure major savings on the shopping holiday, one day removed from Thanksgiving.
The lines stretched long ways as early as 5 a.m., as hundreds of filtered throughout the mall during the day. However, some say this year's Black Friday was a little different.
"A lot of the sales were done on Thursday," said one shopper.
Black Friday doesn't stop the shopping at the Mall of Louisiana, but tomorrow is Small Business Saturday, and then there's Cyber Monday. This all means that there is lots of opportunity to get your holiday shopping done.
