Rapper found not guilty in 2012 murder

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

A jury found Samuel Nicholas, also known as Mista Cain, not guilty in the murder of a man in 2012 Friday.

Nicholas along with Essence Dyson and Chattley Chesterfield were all standing trial in the murder of 18-year-old Jordan Key. 

Key was shot to death at a red light in the 3000 block of College Drive. 

Dyson, who was believed to have planned the shooting, and Chestfield, the suspected shooter, were both convicted of second degree murder in the case.
