Livingston Parish authorities arrest third suspect in apparent burglary, shooting

WALKER, LA (WAFB) -

The Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office announced the arrest of a third suspect in connection with a November 3 shooting.

Cullen Pitre, 23, was arrested on November 6 at about 1:45 p.m. on Magnolia Drive in Walker.

Livingston Parish Sheriff Jason Ard says authorities were sent to investigate a shooting in the 9300 block of Lockhart Road in Denham Springs.

When authorities arrived, they found a male suffering from a gunshot would to his upper torso. The wound was non-life threatening.

Pitre is facing attempted second degree murder and principal to attempted armed robbery with the use of a firearm charges.
