BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Baton Rouge Police are one step closer to issuing body cameras for 100 of their officers.
BRPD officials say the cameras are scheduled to be distributed within a week.
"The process is going," said Cpl. L'Jean McKneely. "And mind you, once we get the cameras up and running, there are going to be bugs that we're going to have to work out."
A system of servers to be used to store all of the videos must be installed in various police districts before the cameras are given to officers.
