BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Police are investigating a shooting that left one man dead in Baton Rouge late Monday night.
The Baton Rouge Police Department identified the victim as Levi Alexander, 28, of Baton Rouge.
Police said he was found lying on North 23rd Street near I-110 and Plank Road just before 11 p.m.
Cpl. L'Jean Mckneely Jr. with BRPD said Alexander had been shot multiple times and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have not developed a suspect or established a motive in the shooting.
