LIVINGSTON, LA (WAFB) -

The Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office is looking for suspects who sunk bulldozers into the mud in Livingston.

LPSO Sheriff Jason Ard says that deputies responding to Black Mud Road in Livingston for a damage to property complaint found bulldozers on a property sunk into the mud, severely damaging the equipment.

“Unknown suspects travelling by 4-wheeler have been tearing this location up for the last three nights.” Ard says that suspects have been running bulldozers into the mud, getting them waterlogged, or pushing dirt into the engines.

“I’m hoping someone who knows something about this will come forward.  We need to stop this nonsense and let hardworking folks on this property get back to business,” says Sheriff Ard.

Anyone information is asked to call the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office at (225) 686-2241 or Crime Stoppers at (225) 344-STOP
