BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - More than 600 businesses now belong to Baton Rouge's downtown district.
A mid-year development update by the Downtown Development District showed how much the area has grown.
Leaders assure that roadwork has led to better driving conditions, such as making parts of St. Ferdinand and St. Louis Streets adaptable to two-way traffic.
The update also touched on bike sharing programs and new bike racks to go along with it.
