BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Governor Bobby Jindal is making plans to stay in Baton Rouge once his time as Governor is up.
According to the Baton Rouge Business Report, Jindal has begun plans to build a new home in the University Club area of Baton Rouge.
Traditions By Design are building the Jindal family a custom home on a vacant lot, according to the owners of the construction company. Jindal's new home will be near the home of LSU President F. King Alexander.
A new governor will be inaugurated in early January, leaving Jindal with just over four months left in the Governor's Mansion.
