The New Orleans Saints have released defensive tackle Brodrick Bunkley after he failed his physical.
The Saints signed Bunkley in 2012 as a free agent. The defensive tackle played in 38 games for the Saints, starting in 36, and finished with 54 tackles and 2.5 sacks.
Bunkley played five seasons for the Philadelphia Eagles from 2006 to 2010, before signing with the Broncos in 2011.
The Saints also put safety Jairus Byrd, wide receiver Marques Colston and defensive lineman Glenn Foster on the Physically Unable to Perform list to open camp.
