The Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office is looking for a suspect who allegedly stole a lawnmower.

LPSO officials say the theft happened on Monday, June 29 at about 8 a.m. in the Carter Hills subdivision in Denham Springs.

Livingston Parish Sheriff Jason Ard says images from a home surveillance video shows a single cab, two-door, white GMC pickup truck driving up to a home. Afterward, a subject is seen driving off with the homeowner’s lawnmower, valued at over $500.

Sheriff Ard says “if we can identify this truck, it will clear numerous other theft cases in our parish.”

Anyone with more information on this crime is urged to call the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office at 225-686-2241 or Crime Stoppers at 225-344-7867.
