DENHAM SPRINGS, LA (WAFB) - Authorities said they received information Thursday night on the whereabouts of a wanted fugitive and arrested him shortly after.
Greater Baton Rouge Crime Stoppers reported Timothy Bergeron, 29, was found at a home in Denham Springs and taken into custody by the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office.
He was wanted in connection with a home break-in. He faces charges of simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling, five counts of theft of a firearm and five counts of theft by fraud.
He is accused of breaking into a Livingston Parish home in June and pawning stolen items.
He was also booked on charges of possession of marijuana and prohibited acts/drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $234,000.
