ZACHARY, LA (WAFB) -

Zachary Police say a teen accused of being involved in an aggravated rape of a juvenile surrendered Tuesday morning to authorities. Now, four males between the ages of 15 and 20 have been arrested and charged in connection to this case.

According to police reports, the aggravated rape happened on June 7, 2015 around 8 p.m.

Documents say the victim received a text message from 17-year-old Tyquan K. Paul of Zachary, saying he wanted to help celebrate her birthday. She later received a text message from 17-year-old Denzel "Deezy" Hamilton, saying he would be with Tyquan.

The victim told police Tyquan and Denzel convinced her to leave her home and meet them at the front entrance of her subdivision. When they arrived, a juvenile male was with them. The three males and the victim traveled on bicycles to a house in Zachary where the victim claims the males forcibly removed her clothing and repeatedly had oral and sexual intercourse with her, even after she continuously told them to stop.

The victim says she was then led into a bedroom and thrown onto a bed. She told police she was then forced to have sexual intercourse with 20-year-old Bertrae "Tre" Paul after he told the other males to get out of the room. The police report says Bertrae told her he would take her home if she had sex with him.

Police reports also say Denzel Hamilton took nude photographs of the juvenile victim and posted them on social media, and Bertrae Paul told him to delete the photographs. Police were able to locate the photographs, but were not able to determine if they were of the victim.

The victim told police the males finally agreed to take her home on their bicycles. Along the way, the juvenile male suspect stopped to use the restroom. The victim got off of the bicycle and the males rode off and left her standing on the side of the roadway.

During interviews with the male suspects, police say Tyquan and the juvenile male admitted to picking up the victim and taking her to a home in Zachary. Tyquan told police the oral sex was consensual, but denied having vaginal intercourse with the victim.

The two also told police Bertrae Paul did not have oral or sexual intercourse with the victim because he was asleep inside of his bedroom and was not aware the juvenile victim was there.

Bertrae Paul was arrested and charged with aggravated rape and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was re-booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on July 9, 2015 on a $425,000 bond. He was originally released from the jail on July 7, 2015 after posting a $25,000 bond. He was previously charged with battery, drug possession, and aggravated assault with a firearm.

Tyquan K. Paul was arrested and charged with aggravated rape and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison where no bond has been set at this time.

The male juvenile was arrested on July 13, 2015 and booked into the juvenile detention center and charged with aggravated rape.

Denzel "Deezy" Hamilton turned himself in on Tuesday. He has been charged with aggravated rape and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. His bond was set at $125,000.
