BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - A candlelight vigil and balloon release was held on Friday in honor of a one-year-old who died from electrocution.

Kristina Tillman died when her mother, Shawanda Lee, said that she grabbed high-voltage wires. "She was a great daughter; I looked up to her so much," Lee said. "She was everything to me. I loved her so much.

The event took place at the home of the girl's father.
