BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

A man was arrested at Baton Rouge Community College for allegedly "performing indecent acts in a sexual manner" with a teen girl in a hallway at the school.

The Baton Rouge Community College Police Department reported Cody Miller, 25, of Brusly, was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on Thursday on a charge of indecent behavior with a juvenile.

His bond was set at $25,000. As of Friday morning, he was still in jail.

According to the probable cause report, a witness contacted campus police Monday afternoon to investigate indecent sexual acts being committed in a hallway in the BRCC Magnolia Library.

Investigators said Miller was seen sitting on a bench with a girl was straddling him and "they both were conducting bodily movements that were sexually explicit in nature."

Officers added both were fully clothed at the time.
