Extra Sharp Cheddar
Praline Bacon - 1 C Brown Sugar / 1/2 C Chopped Pecans / 3# Bacon
- Place bacon on a wax paper lined sheet pan and bake at 350 for 12 minutes until fat is bubbly and browning BUT not crispy.
- Remove from oven and top with the mix of brown sugar and chopped pecans and place back in the oven for 5-8 minutes or until the bacon is crisp.
Chives / Green Onions
Cook burger to your desired doneness.
Top with Sharp Cheddar and melt
While cheese is melting, in a small fry pan, cook an egg.
Top your burger with (2) Slices of Praline Bacon and your egg.
Finish with chives.
