Recipe for 'Soft Shell Crab Tuscany'

Harrison Decker's Soft Shell Crab Tuscany


1 cleaned and fried soft shell crab

1 serving Tuscany Seafood Cream Sauce

The Tuscany Sauce's ingredients include but are not limited to:

-artichoke hearts

-crawfish tails

-jumbo lump crab meat


-white wine


The ingredients are sauteed, deglazed with white wine and then reduced by 1/3. Butter is added. The sauce is then added to the fried soft shell crab.
