Chicago, IL (WAFB) -

The New Orleans Saints entered the 2015 NFL Draft with nine picks. At least nine players with Louisiana ties were drafted, including four LSU Tigers.

The Saints had two first-round selections, the 13th and 31st overall picks. They had three more on Friday with 12th (44th overall) in the second and and 11th and 14th (75th and 78th overall) in the third.

New Orleans finished up the last day of the draft with four picks: 12th and 18th (148th and 154th overall) in the fifth round, 11th (187th overall) in the sixth round and 13th (230th overall) in the seventh round.

The Saints traded their 11th pick (187th overall) in the sixth round and a sixth-round pick in 2016 to the Washington Redskins for the 31st pick (167th overall) of the 5th round.

The Saints gained the 154th overall pick from the Kansas City Chiefs in a trade for Guard Ben Grubbs.

The 78th overall pick came from the Dolphins as part of a trade that sent WR Kenny Still to Miami for LB Danelle Ellerbe.
