Minor slowdowns on I-10 approaching downtown Baton Rouge

7:30 a.m. - The LSU Police Department reports if traveling on Acadian/Stanford into campus, there is a tree down near campus. There are also reports of traffic lights from Perkins to campus not functioning. Everyone is urged to use an alternate route.

7:12 a.m. - Crashes reported in Baton Rouge on Edison Street at Hatcher Avenue, Jefferson Highway at Bluebonnet Boulevard, Millerville Road at Harrells Ferry Road and Oleander Street at South 16th Street.

6:00 a.m. - Officers with the Baton Rouge Police Department are investigating a couple of minor crashes on Chippewa Street between Lockwood Avenue and Linwood Street and on I-110 North near Hollywood Street.

5:35 a.m. - The Plaquemine Sunshine ferry is operating.

3:15 a.m. - All lanes on Nicholson Drive are back open.
