Flash flood watch expires for much of La., MS

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

A flash flood watch was canceled for most of southeast Louisiana and southern Mississippi early Tuesday morning.

The National Weather Service reported a flash flood watch scheduled to be in effect until 1 p.m. expired at 4:10 a.m.

Only St. Charles Parish is still under the watch, along with Hancock, Harrison, Jackson, Pearl River and Walthall counties.
