BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - A man was arrested Sunday night after police say he hid in a women's restroom to watch a woman use the bathroom.
Baton Rouge police say they received a call from a woman saying that a man attempted to watch her use the bathroom. The woman says she entered the bathroom stall to use the bathroom when she heard a noise. That is when she looked up and saw 30-year-old Bryan Summerlin looking over the stall. The woman then left the bathroom and alerted security.
Summerlin first claimed that he accidentally walked into the women's restroom and then later claimed he was looking for his wife.
Security footage showed Summerlin walk into the men's bathroom, exit a few minutes later and then enter the women's bathroom.
Summerlin was arrested and taken to East Baton Rouge Parish Prison where he has been charged with peeping tom.
He was released Monday on a $30,000 bond.
