BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

Authorities are hoping the public can help to find a man with a long list of convictions.

The East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office said Marques Wright, 30, is listed in the Repeat Offender Prosecution and Enhancement (ROPES) program because he's been arrested or convicted of multiple felonies.

Deputies said he's accused of breaking into a house earlier this year. They added he's also wanted for failure to appear in court on a simple robbery charge.

Wright is 5'8" tall and weighs 180 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Officials stated in order to be in the ROPES program, a person must have six arrests for felony crimes or at least two felony convictions in their criminal history.

If you have any information about him, contact Crime Stoppers at 344-7867, text CS225 plus your message to CRIMES (274637) or anonymously or go to www.crimestoppersbr.com.
