BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - The Baton Rouge Police Department and Southern University is coming together to fight a deadly disease.
A friendly game of basketball between the police and several Southern University Greek organizations help in the fight against the spread of HIV and AIDS.
Several organizations were on hand for a press conference today previewing the 9th annual charity basketball game.
Representatives from multiple organizations spoke about how important it is for young people to get tested for the diseases.
The game between Baton Rouge police and the Southern University Greek All Stars will be held March 28 at the Seymour Gym on Southern's campus from 5 to 8 p.m.
