BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Hundreds of people will gather Tuesday for the funeral of a deputy US marshal who was gunned down in Baton Rouge last week.
Josie Wells, 27, of Mississippi, was killed in the line of duty while serving an arrest warrant.
Family, friends and law enforcement agencies across the region began honoring Wells on Monday in his hometown of Wade, Mississippi.
Funeral services are set for 11 a.m. in Wade.
It will be streamed live online.
