LSU's Mickey and Martin named to All-SEC First Team

BIRMINGHAM, AL (WAFB) - LSU forwards Jordan Mickey and Jarrell Martin have been named to the ALL-SEC Coaches First Team. The league unveiled its men's basketball coaches' postseason awards Tuesday.This season Mickey has averaged 16.0 points per game, 9.9 rebounds and 106 blocks for the Tigers.

Martin has averaged 16.9 points per game and 9.0 rebounds.

Mickey was also named the SEC All-Defensive team.

Former Scotlandville Magnet star Damian Jones of Vanderbilt joined Martin and Mickey on the first team.

Arkansas forward Bobby Portis was selected the SEC Player of the Year by the league's coaches.
