BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - One group is encouraging people who are plan on going to Blues Fest to leave their car at home and ride a bike instead.
For the fourth year, Bike Baton Rouge will valet bikes for free at their bike corral when someone rides it to the festival.
This year there is an added perk along with the free valet. Riders will also get a wristband that allows them free access to 12 Bar.
12 Bar has a private viewing area from the River Center balcony that overlooks one of the stages. The wristband also gives riders access to shorter bar lines and private bathrooms.
"You can get prime parking for the festival you don't have to drive around downtown all day," said Beaux Jones with Bike Baton Rouge. "This year it's going to be great because it's all focused on one day. We've got acts from the morning until night and we expect to get well over 200 bikes.">
Blues Fest is Saturday, April 11. General Admission to the concert is also free.
