1 lb. crawfish or shrimp, small peeled deveined and tail-off
Wash and dice potatoes into bite sized chunks Add potatoes and corn to slow cooker and toss to coat with flour Add Tony Chachere's Bold Creole Seasoning, broth, cream corn and soup. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6 hours. Switch slow cooker to high. Add cream and crawfish or shrimp. Cook for another 30-60 minutes until shrimp is cooked through and pink. Add Tony's Bold Seasoning to taste. Sprinkle green onions on top.
