EAST FELICIANA PARISH, LA (WAFB) -

Due to the threat of freezing rain in parts of the WAFB viewing area, some officials canceled school for Tuesday.

However, a freezing rain advisory expired early Tuesday morning for the WAFB viewing area.

The advisory ended at 3 a.m.

There are no road closures in the area.

SCHOOL CLOSURES:

East Feliciana Public Schools - school is canceled for all students and staff

Slaughter Community Charter School in East Feliciana Parish - closed Tuesday

STATE OFFICE CLOSURES:

Commissioner of Administration Kristy Nichols announced state government offices are closed Tuesday in the following parishes:
