Police searching for suspect in gym burglary

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Baton Rouge Police are looking for a suspect in a theft that happened at a Baton Rouge gym on January 9.

The BRPD says that a woman, who looks to be about 40-years-old, allegedly broke into a locker in the Spectrum Fitness at 7069 Perkins Road and stole debit and credit cards. Afterwards, police say the suspect went to the Mall of Louisiana and purchased over $3,000 in merchandise.
