Taco Chops Shrimp Tacos

El Triple

15 Fresh Shrimp

6 Corn Tortillas

1 Tbl Spoon Vegetable Oil

2 Tbl Spoons Butter

1 Tbl Spoon Granulated Garlic

Pinch Special Seasoning


1) Sautee shrimp in butter and add seasonings until pink.

2) Heat Tortillas in a little oil on flat-top or pan.

3) Place 5 shrimp in each set of double tortillas.

4) Place Pico de Gallo (see below) on top and shrimp.

5) Top with salsa of choice.

Pico de Gallo

1 Cup Diced Tomatoes

1 Cup Diced onions

Half Cup Chopped Cilantro

1 Tsp Granulated Garlic

1 Tsp Sea Salt

½ Tsp Cumin

2 Whole Limes Squeezed

Method for Pico de Gallo:

1) Dice tomatoes and onions.

2) Finely chop one raw jalapeno.

3) Chop the cilantro (not too fine).

4) Add everything and spices together then squeeze the lime juice over and mix.
