BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

You will have to leave the cigarettes in the car, or at least make the trip outside if you plan to smoke at a popular Baton Rouge bar. Owners of The Spanish Moon on Highland Road made the decision to go smoke free.

They say feedback from the customers, bands and staff all said they wanted a healthier environment.

Although owners think it is a good fit for SpSpanishoon, they don't support a ban city-wide.

"I think it should be left up to the businesses to decide how they operate. I think everyone will still come to Spanish moon, and just smoke outside," says co-owner Shane Courrege.

Spanish Moon will go smoke-free on Feb. 4, 2015.
