Hundreds participate in annual Baton Rouge march to honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Hundreds of people took to the streets of Baton Rouge for the annual march down Government Street to honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

City leaders, other adults and children participated in the walk following a worship service at Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

The march ended at the Baton Rouge River Center, where many left to take part in service projects in the area.
