BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - The Capital Area Transit System (CATS) is launching a Rider Association to continue its efforts to improve customer service.
The CATS Rider Association will provide ongoing feedback and input on changes to the system and upcoming plans. Membership is open to up to 10 people, with at least 70 percent of the members being current riders.
"Our riders and their satisfaction are critical to the success of the transit system," said CEO Bob Mirabito. "Enhancing the ability to integrate diverse rider feedback into our decision-making processes is a major goal for 2015."
