BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - There are reports Alabama safety Landon Collins, a former standout at Dutchtown High, will forgo his senior season and enter the 2015 NFL draft.
Some draft experts predict he could possibly be a top 10 pick if he chooses to turn pro this year.
Collins has recorded 173 tackles while playing for the Crimson Tide, with 113 of those being solo tackles.
He also recorded five interceptions and three forced fumbles.
His only touchdown was in 2013 against Tennessee when he took an interception 88 yards for a touchdown.
ESPN also reported Thursday that wide receiver Amari Cooper and running back TJ Yeldon will be leaving Alabama for the NFL.
