Plaquemine manhunt suspect turns himself in

PLAQUEMINE, LA (WAFB) - Officials with the Plaquemine Police say that Arterrion Robertson has turned himself in to police early Tuesday afternoon after a five day search.

On Friday, December 26, Robertson allegedly fired shots at a house following a domestic dispute that took place at the home. Robertson led police on a chase that ended with the suspect jumping off of the Intracoastal Bridge, falling 20 to 30 feet to a patch of grass below in order to evade police.

Robertson is currently facing 18 felony charges including 14 counts of aggravated battery, convicted felon in possession of a firearm and other charges.
