BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - The Baton Rouge Metro Council is expected to vote on Mayor Kip Holden's budget for next year in a special Dec. 9 meeting.
City leaders have spend the past month combing through Mayor Kip Holden's $830 million spending plan. The budget earmarks money for new equipment and training for new officers, firefighters and EMS.
