NEW ORLEANS (WAFB) -

A New Orleans man has been arrested on one count of indecent behavior with juveniles.

Attorney General Buddy Caldwell says 28-year-old Gus Taylor, of New Orleans, was arrested Tuesday as a result of a multi-agency investigation.

The undercover investigation led agents to execute a search warrant of Taylor's residence, where they found evidence indicating he was communicating online with juveniles in a sexual manner.

Attorney General Buddy Caldwell said, "We are up against predators who actively seek to victimize innocent young children while hiding behind their computers. It takes extensive resources and manpower to locate and lock up these offenders. By utilizing the best technology available, with upgrades as often as possible, we can remain a step ahead of these predators."

Taylor was booked into the Orleans Parish Prison without incident. If convicted of indecent behavior with juveniles, he faces up to seven years in prison.
