BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - CATS' customer satisfaction is way up.
According to a recent survey, customer satisfaction has jumped 533 percent from March. Cats received a score of 3 back then and that score has jumped to 19.
“We are certainly pleased with this wave of survey results, but we know that there is still much to improve before we are where we would like CATS to be. Improvement is a continuous process, and we continue to strive to provide Baton Rouge with a high quality transit system.” said CATS CEO Bob Mirabito.
