BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

Authorities arrested a suspected drunk driver in connection with a deadly crash that happened earlier this month.

The Baton Rouge Police Department reported Allen Dellihue, 31, of Baton Rouge, was booked on a vehicular homicide charge Thursday.

Investigators said Dellihue was driving a 2011 Buick Regal that crashed into a 2008 Grand Am on October 18. They added the driver of the Grand Am died in the wreck. The victim's name was not released.

According to the probable cause report, a breathalyzer test showed Dellihue's blood alcohol level was .23 percent at the time of the crash, which is nearly three times the legal limit of .08 percent.
